Founded by Carl Jennings NZBM, a visionary in applied athletic development, and chaired by the esteemed Bob Turner, the Super 6 Youth Games is a testament to our commitment to the holistic development of young people.
Founder
Carl Jennings NZBM is the founder of the Super 6 High Performance program and a seasoned expert in the field of applied athletic development, boasting over 30 years of experience at the highest level of elite professional sport globally. His innovative thinking gave birth to the unique concept that defines the Super 6 Youth Games – an arena-based event where athletes from all sports converge to determine the ultimate all-round athlete.

In a career spanning 47 years, Bob Turner, Basketball Hall of Fame coach and Super 6 Chairman, states, “I have not witnessed a similar initiative focused on all sports and all levels of ability.” Tony Bleasdale OAM Mayor of Blacktown City states, “I’m very excited about the Super 6 Blacktown City Youth Games and sees the enormous value in events that enable more young people to be involved in sports and pursue active lifestyles.”
The Super 6 Youth Games Oath
Our athletes uphold the Super 6 Youth Games Oath, pledging to be HUMBLE and treat everyone as an equal, endeavour to make the necessary SACRIFICES to deliver my very best. Strive to be LOYAL to myself and my fellow competitors and represent my community and family with pride. My inner strength and MENTAL RESILIENCE will be tested in these games, but I will rise to the challenge. I aim to FOLLOW MY DREAMS and be the best I can be. HARD WORK will be the cornerstone of my success.
With this oath, they set the stage for exceptional performances and a spirit of sportsmanship that defines our Games.
